A new 400,000 square foot office building and 700,000 square foot parking garage. Melton Electric performed all electrical and structured cabling systems work for the base building as well as the tenant interiors. Interiors were all raised floor with fitness center, conference center, kitchen, dining, and trading facilities. Project achieved LEED Platinum status and included Lutron Quantum/Eco-System Lighting Controls. Project was modeled in 3D for MEP coordination/BIM modeling.
