ExxonMobil Corporate Campus

This project consisted of the new construction of five office buildings (250,000 square feet/each) including the tenant interiors, three parking garages, and the Child Development Center. The total project consisted of 15 office buildings, three parking garages, and six special purpose buildings constructed simultaneously on a 385-acre tract of land over a five-year period. Melton was retained for the service and maintenance work at the Campus upon completion.
