New construction of a 42,000 square foot call center that can house 72 operators and can withstand a category 4 hurricane. All operator consoles are equipped with technology by Next Generation 911 and six screens which display both 911 information and information from in-house software. Project includes three backup generators and two uninterruptible power supplies.
