O’Quinn Medical Tower – CHI St. Lukes OTM Enabling – O’Quinn Medical Tower

Melton Electric served as the Electrical Contractor of the new twelve-story O’Quinn Medical Tower at McNair Campus. This building will house Baylor St. Luke’s Dan L Duncan Comprehensive Cancer Center along with outpatient radiology and endoscopy services and an ambulatory surgery center. The Project comprises 12 Story medical tower next to an existing hospital in the Baylor St. McNair Campus in the Texas Medical Center. More than 360,000 square feet of medical space, including suites for diagnostics, radiation treatment, ambulatory surgery, endoscopy, cancer clinic, and infusion services, as well as 40,000 square feet of conference and executive office space. The project also includes a connecting eight-story cast-in-place parking garage constructed over an existing active hospital loading dock.
